sakaaraatmak jeevan banaane ka sabase achchha tareeka hai ek saarthak jeevan banaana.



kyoon kar?

kyonki aapaka dhyaan aapake jeevan ke uddeshy ko khatm karane ke bajaay kaarravaee mein badal jaata hai.

jaisa ki dalaee laama ne kaha:

“khushee kuchh taiyaar nahin hai. yah aapake apane kaaryon se aata hai. ”- dalaee laama

RESOLUTION 2019 | RICH MINDSET

      Aaj hum baat karengy  2019 Ke kuch resolutions ke bare me jis hum apne ane wale saal me kuch nayi chiize achive kar sakte he aur humare life ko aur behtar bana sakte he.


DONT WASTE TIME TO TAKE DECISION :

 koi bhi resolution , koi bhi important faisla lene ke liye next year , monday , 1st day of the month ka wait na kare , jo bhi mind me he use bena waqt gavaye keh de aur uske liye plans banye , toh chaliye aj saal ke first day par ye sankalp lete he ki jo bhi mujhe achha lagta he vo karne me , me waqt barbad nahi karunga.
     aksar dekha gaya he ki log apne ideas sirf mind me hi rakhte he aur usi ko implant karne me jo energy use honi chaiye vo sirf sochne me waste kar dete he . ager aap apne decision usi waqt lete he jab aap ko lene chahiye to kafi samay bach jata he aur vo sahi he ya nahi ye aap use implant karne ke baat results me dekhte he. ulta jo log sochte he vo ye kabhi jan hi nahi baate ki unka faisla sahi tha ya galat aur waqt jane ke baad hath me kuch nahi rehta ..
     jyada sochne ke sath sath apne aap ko dusro se compare karna bhi humara kafi samay barbad karta he . bewaajah ki competetion hume slow kar deti he .

DONT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS :

        Aksar hum apne aap ko kisi aur se compare karne  me apni energy waste karte he .for example ulta ager ager wahi energy hum kisi aur kam me aur apne aap ko improve karne me lagate he to hume jyada happy feel hota he .aksar hum log kisi aur se khud ko compete karna start kar dete he jis se humare expectations badh jate he aur jab hum apne competitor ko jeet te hue dekhte he toh hume gussa ata he aur kuch samaay ke bad vo gussa jalan me badal jata he . ab humara concentration puri tarah se khud se hat kar apne competitor parfocus ho jata he. is liye is ane wale saal me apne aap ko kaho ki chahe kuch bhi ho jaye me khud ko kabhi bhi kisi se compare nahi karung/karungi ,,me sirf apne last year se aur jyada behtar ban ne ki kosis karunga or karungi.
     
SET YOUR VISION FOR 2019: 
     
       ye saal me aap ko kya karna he is par focus kare ,

FOR EXAMPLE :

 1 . ager aap ek writter ban na chahte he to jyada se jyada books ko observe kare . online courses join kare ,writters se baat kare un se inspiration lijiye . apne kuch ideas un se share kijiye . bht se achhey log apna knowledge easyly share karte he and unko dusro ko help karne me bhi kafi achha lagta he .
2. ager aap dancer ban na chahte ho to youtube par jyada se jyada videos dekhe , observe kare koi achha sa class join kijiye , apne style ke hisab se ek achha dance form choose kar ke usme mastery kijiye itna behtar baniye ki ye year ke end me aap se achha dancer us class me aur koi na ho.
3. ager aap ek artist ho to apne art ko jyada se jyada public rakhiye . jaha par aap post kar sakte he waha kijiye .

   CHANGE YOUR BAD HABITS :

            hum sab me aise bad habits hote he jo dusre logo me humarea bad impression dalta he.isliye apne bad habits ki ek list baanye aur unhe dhere dhere sudharne ki kosis kare , ek din par sirf ek bad habit ko sudhare. kuch choti choti bate jo dusro ko khatakti he jaise pencil chabana , continue spit karna, nakhhon kutarna, galiya dena, aur kuch badi habit jaise aise chizo ka consume karna jo aap ke aap brain par affecct kare aur aap ki productivity ko kam kar de.

 ager aap smoke karte toh jald se jald use chod de , smoking aap ki productivity ko temprory badhata he par jyada use hone k wajah se kuch samay baad aap ke hath shake karne lagte he aur bht se jaruri kam jaise typing , khana khana aur ager aap ek photographer he to aap ke liye aur aap ke bussiness ke liye smoking bht hi bad habit he ,he to public me smoke na kare..ho sake to quit kar de aur ager aap quit nahi kar sakte to kam kar de .

      1. apne aap se jhoot na bole   - sirf unhi chhezo ki taraf dhyan de jo aap ke liye important he aur jo aap ko confident feel karati he. ager aap kisi aise jagah kam kar rahe he jaha par aap ki koi progess nahi ho rahi to un cheezo par dhyan de jo aap ki work ki quality ko badha de . us par nahi jo aap ka confidence low kar rahi he aur aap ke progress me problem creat kar rahi he.  thik waise hi ager aap aise relationship me he jaha se aap ko stress aur dukh ke alava kuch nahi mil raha to is new sal calender ke sath sath insano ko bhi apne aap se dur kar le , khud se jhoot mat bolo ki " sab thi ho jayega , or i am happy in this realationship ,. ager aap khush nahi ho to apne aap se sach kaho ki " me khush nahi hu" 
      2. stop using this word "i can't - jab bhi aap ko aisa lage ki aap ye nahi kar sakte to aap kehte he ki " me ye nahi kar paunga/ paungi " aap ko bas is ki jagah kehne he " me kosis karunga/ karungi" jab jab aap kosis karoge to aap ko ye pata chal jayega ki aap jis kaam ke liye na keh rahe the vo aap se sach me ho rha he ya nahi . kosish karne se aap ko ye fayda hoga ki aap ka confidence level badh jayega aur aap chahe us kaam ko karne me sucessfull na bhi ho par aap ko ek expirence mil jayega. aise hi expirience humari life ko aur behtar banane me madat  kart he.
      3. Stop spending too much - Ager aap ke pas koi cheez nahi he aur aap usy kharidna chahte he to ek baar apne aap se ye sawal jarur puch le ki " kya mujhe sach me is cheez ki jarurat he ?" ager jawab postive ata he to bejhijak usy kharid le par ager jawab negative ata he to wahi usy bhool jaye. Aaj kal log apne bht se earning ko EMI me waste kar dete he aur sal ke end me unke pas bht kam paise bachte he . aur jin cheezo par unhone paise spent kiye the wo ghar me waise ki waise padhi rehti he. ek smart insaan aise cheezo par apne paise lagata he jo usy aur paise kamane me madal karti he .

          mera janm australia me queensland me hua .mere pitah ka janm scottland me hua aur meri maa philipines se he.mera naam meri dadi ke nam par rakha gaya jo scottland se australia me rehne aye thhe. prathamik shiksha puri hote he meri ruchi sangeet ki aur hui aur mene usi me apna career banane ka faisla liya. apne school band ki me lead singer thi,
          sangeet ki aur mera prem mujhe america ke bostan tak kheech layi.yaha par burkile collage of music se mene music and theater me masters ki degree prapt ki .usi ke sath sath mujhe self defence me bhi ruchi thi , mene taekwondo me black belt tak ka safat tae kiya.highschool ke baad me apne maa ke desh philipines me gayi. wahi se mera modeling aur samajik nyay aur samanata ke liye mera safar shuru hua. 3 saal pehle me ek aise sanstha se judi jo garib bacho ke liye aur unhe shiksha dene ke liye kam karti thi. 
          me manila ke slum area me bahut kam kiya , waha ki duniya humari duniya se bahut alag he vo sab garibi ke agey itne vivash he ki sukh aur khushi kya hoti he unhe ye bhi pata nahi. tab mene ye jana ki khoobsurati ki asli pehchan tabhi hogi jab inke chehre par muskurahat ayegi.  ager hum sabne dusro ke liye jeena sikh liya to hum ek aise duniya ka nirman kar sakte he jana par nakaratma ke liye koi jagah nahi hogi .aur oon bachho ko khushi kya hoti he ye pata hoga.
           2 saal pehle me miss world philipines bani.  is title me bahut se aur cheeze shamil thi .e.g. best in swimsuit, best in evening gown, best in fashion runway, best in talent.etc. issi varsh mujhe miss universe ke top 5 naamo me shamil hone ka mauka mila. 2018 me hi me pehle me miss universe philipines hui aur saal ke ant me Miss universe.
            

me bas yahi kehna chahungi ki hum apne duniya khud badal sakt he , ager hum apne irade pakke kar ke apne manzil ki aur chale aur use paa le toh beshak hum humare ane wali generation ko ek sakaratmak  saandesh de sakte he. mene hamesha dekha he ki humari ane wali peedhi humare sujhav sun ne se jyada humara anukaran karna pasand karti he .
