Aise goal set kare jinhe aap hasil kar sakte ho. dusro se sikh hasil kare par unhe copy na kare. kisi baat par jung shuru kijiye , yaad rakhiye competition kabhi bhi aap ki product ki khaasiyat ko copy nahi kar sakta. yad kare apple vs pc commercial hamesha kisi baat ke liye stand kare . aur kisi side ki himayat kare. competition me jyada behtar parinam dene ke bajay aap kam feature wale product par bhi focus kar sakte he. jaruri nahi kisi competition me kisi product me 4 features he to aap aap ke product me 5 nikale..aap ka product kam feature ke sath hi simple aur use karne me majedar ho sakta he. zarurat se jyada competition par focus na kare. Hadd se jyada competion par focus karne se aap ke faisle aap ke khud ke nahi rehte. vo sab competition ke dabav me hote he. NO kehne me koi bhi jhijak mehsoos na kare. ek product ki life cycle me aisa samayy bhi aata he jab customer product ko chod deta he. aisa hone dijiye us customer ko jane dijiiye aap ke product ko use karne walo ki sankhya , aap ke product ko na use karne wale logo se jyda hi rahegi..Aisa product banaye jo kam par achha sabit  ho. bajay is ke ki vo store room me dekhne me achha ho. Aapne expireance ke hisab se khud ko dhaliye. aap ko vo sab note karne ki jarurat nahi he jo customer chahta he.

             Ye dekhiye ki kya kisi cheez ko aap bar bar dohrah rahe he. ager haa ? Toh apne product me us feature ko dalne ki  kosis kijiye. lekin sirf usi level tak jaha se aap wapas aa sake. Sabhi companiyo ke customer hote he , kuch lucky bhi hoti he jinke fans hote he.aur kuch bht khushnasib hote he jinke audience hote he .aap customer ke pass jate he par audience khud intazar me rehte hi ki aap kya naya lane wale he. aap apne audience baanye , chahe likh kar , blogging kar kr ..ya koi content bana kar. 
           Aap apne audience ko apne paas bulayiye. apne competitor se jydaa kharch karne ke bajay unse jyda jagrukta failaye .jis ke jariye aap se jyada audience jud sake . dusre se jyada kharc karke aap keval vigyapan hi jyada de sakte he. apni kamiyo ko dikhane se maat dariye. Japanese concept "WABI SABI" bahari chamak dhamak se jyada uniqueness ko mahatva deti he.. leonard koren ka kehna he ki , cheezo ko saaf rakhna achha he par ,par unhe bekar nahi karna chahiye. Kisi pareshani ke daur me imandari aur khule pan ke sath  jawab dehi ke liye tayar rahiye. Exxon company ka 11 mil oil ALASKA  me fail chuka tha. lekin unhone apne logo ko aur apni madat ko us locattion tak pohchane me bht der kar di. news channels bhi pas hi ke gao se khabre de rahe the. unka us location par pohachna kafi muskil tha.akhirkar ek bht bade busines ke nazariye se barbadi ho chuki thi jiska pura media me coverage chal rha tha. Usi dauran AShland oil company ka oil bhi  pittsburgh area me faaile chuka tha. lekin us company ke chairmen JOHN HALL khud us location par gaye aur press se mulakat ki aur sab kuch wahase saaf karne ka wada kiya. 
customer service ke field me der se responce karna aap ko badi pareshaniyo me dal sakta he. Ager aap ko kisi customer se mafi mangni pade to bina kisi shart ke isi me apni zimmedari samajhiye. har member customer se juda hona chahiye .culture ko banaya nahi jata ye to ek jaise swabhav ka hi byproduct hota he. aur ye ek opportunity he. aap culture ko set karne ke liye hadde kayam kar sakte he.par aap logo ko iske liye force nahi kar sakte he. Rockstars ko hire karne ke bajay aisa culture apne company me laaye , ki logo ko rockstar bana de. Apni team me bharosa , swasasan aur jimmedari lane ki kosis  kijiye. Jo bhi kare usme ashaliyat honi chahiye koi jhooti hawabzi na ho. inspiration samay ke sath kharab hone wali cheez he ise isi samay istemal kijiye .ise kisi kone me sambhal kar na rakhe.

Is  book me kul mila kar 10 chapters he jo aap ko batayengy ki team building kaise ki jati he aur product kaisa hona chhaiye.
               lekhak ye mante he ki asal zindagi ki bat karna ek bahana he , kyu ki asal zindagi me ye bataya jata he ki aap ke lakho grahak nahi ho sakte.jab tak ke aap zordar advertisement aur sale team na ho , par lekhak ne is manyata ko galat sabit karke dikhaya he.galatiyo se sikhne par bht jyada jor diya jata he , dusre log fail hue he iska matlab ye nahi ki hume bhi fail hone ki zarurat he.
aap apni galatiyo se nahi balki apne success se sikh hasil kare.

ek hbs ek research se pata chala ki jin entrepreneur ko pehle bhi sahalfa hasil hui he .unke dubara safal hone ke 34 % chances hote.is opposite jo log asafal ho chuke he unke safal hone ke bhi utne hi chances hote he jitne un logo ke hote he jinhone abhi tak shuruaat bhi nahi ki.yahi ki 23%.
    long term ke liye bussiness ki planning karna sirf ek kalpna hi he. isy bussiness guesses kaha jana chahiye. kisi bhi ek plan par jame rehne ka nuksan ye he ki isme waqt ke hisab se kam karne ka sabse kam chance hote  he.

aap agle week ke bare me focus kare , agle saal ke bar me nahi .aur jo waqt karib ane wala he us ke hisab se faisla le. aur jis mauke par jis cheez ki zarurat ho usi hisab se kam kare.

growth aur business me kya sambandh he ?

            Kyu ek entrepreneur ko khud ko bada dikhane par majbur hona padta he.sirf agey badhna hi zaruri maqsaad nahi he balki apne wajood ko kayam rakhte hue jyada profit kamana hi asli maqsaad he. jyada kaam karne ki laat lagana bewakufi he .aur ye aap ko kayam rakhne me madat nahi kar sakta. jo log jyada kaam karne ke adi hote he vo is karno se problems ko badhava dete he. vo bekar tarike se kisi problem ka solution dete he kyu ki , vo apne dimagi alaas ko jyada kam karke chupane ki kosis karte he. vo apnjane me apni is adat ke karan problems ko aur badha dete he aur unhe lagta he ki vo koi bht achha kam kar rahe he. voh apne sahkarmi ke moral kam kar dete he. ye ehsaas dila kar ki vo samay par ghar nikal kar sahi nahi kar rahe he.ye apne aap ko perfectionist ke roop me dekhna pasand karte he aur agle task par focus karne ke bajay ek hi kaam ki gair jaruri details me jate rehte he.

 "Entrepreneur'' ek bejaan word he. ye kisi khass club ka koi member nahi hota.iske bajay "STARTER" word use karna chahiye.  kisi ke pass idea he thoda confidence he aur shuruaat karne ki chahat he to vo apna business shuru kar sakta he aur usko "STARTER" kahengy.

"NO TIME" ye to bas ek bahana he har kisi ke pas time hota hi he , aur aaap ko us ke liye samay nikalna padta he jo aap karna chahte he , khud par yakin kjiye aur kuch krne ke liye tayar rahiye yadi aap aisa kuch nahi karte he jis se ki koi dusra uttejeet ho jaye.  toh aap logo ki nigah me ek sadharan aur boaring insaan ke roop me hi dikhayi dete he. aap ko kisi na kisi cheez ke liye kuch na kuch kar ke dikhana hi padega. 
             Aap ko shuruaat karne ke liye bht sari investment karne ki jarurat nahi he.aap apne idea ko dusro ki funding ke liye dusro ko kyu de dete he? Khud par yakin kijiye aur bina kisi ki madat ke kuch kar ke dikhaiye. Thoda hi kafi he.zara iske bare me bhi sochiye aap ko 10 logo ki zarurat nahi he. aap ko 5 lakh dollors  ke bhi zarurat nahi he.aap is se bhi kam me bht kuch kar sakte he. kam kharch karna achha karm he. ek busines shuru karna jyada behtar he bajay iske ki ek startup ki shuruat ki jaye jo dusro ke paiso se chal rahi ho. apne bhar ko kam rakhe aur active rahe.

 asal me log pehle din se hi profit ke bare me chinta karne lag jate he. aisa business jisme profit ka rasta na khoja jaye vo business nahi balki hobby he. aap ko exit karne ki yojna nahi banani chahiye. aap apne shadi ke din apne divorce lawyer se milne nahi jate he. aap ko commiment nibhane ki statergy banani chahiye. dabav aur pareshani ke bich agey badhna achhi baat he. aap ko dekhna he ki aap in sab ke sath kitna agey chal pate he.
      usey bhool jaye jo kam aap ko sahi lagta he ,jaisa ki  kaha jata he ki strategy sacrifies karne ki kala ka naam he. aap us par focus kijiye jo aap ko karna he na ki us par na ki jo aap karna chahte he.

Rukavate productivity ke liye dushman ki tarah he. aur meetings zehar ki taha kam karti he. meetings ke liye kuch bandishe lagaye. kam se kam logo ko meeting ke liye bulaye, comference room ke bajay meeting site pa kijiye , kisi solution ke sath aur us plan ko lagu karne ke sath us meeting ko khatam kare. kaam jari rakhiye is se majbooti aur speed bani rahegi..choti choti kamiyabiyan hasil karte rahiye , jyada intazaar mat kijiye.problem ka hamesha koi na koi JUDO solution hota he. aisa solution jo kam effort ke sath jyada efficiency de,  QUIT karna thik he khas kar ke tab jab koi progess na mil rahi ho. .......
